A Foundation of Integrity

I didn’t start in business. I started in the field. 

25 years ago, I joined my uncle in the plumbing trade. He owned a small plumbing business and believed deeply in honest work, fair pricing, and taking care of people. That experience taught me early that the trades weren’t just a job—they were a way to build a dignified, lasting career. 

Twenty years ago, I opened my own plumbing company. My goal was simple: do good work, treat people right, and build something stable for my family and the people who worked alongside me. 

For seventeen years, that’s exactly what we did. 

Eventually, I sold the company to a private equity group. I’m grateful for what I learned during that time as their operations manager while running their corporate plumbing division. —how disciplined systems scale, how consistency creates value, and how professional operations are built to last. 

I also saw the cost when profit comes before people. 

Sales pressure replaced education. Urgency replaced honesty. Technicians were pushed to produce sales instead of being trusted to serve. Homeowners were treated like transactions instead of people. 

After a lot of thought I decided to move on from corporate and try a smaller family-owned company again. 
 
So I returned to the field, and what I saw confirmed what I had felt for years: Industry wide there is too much greed, too little care, and not enough respect. Not for the tradespeople doing the work, and certainly not enough for the people entrusting us with their homes. 
 

That’s when a few close friends and I decided to build something different. With over 80 years of combined experience between us. We created our company to bring respect and care back into the home services industry. To replace fear with clarity. To replace pressure with professionalism. To be a company that not only takes care of its customers needs, but provides meaningful, sustainable careers for technicians.
